Refund Policy for Books, Booklets, Manuals, DVDs, CDs
We have a satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Suncoast Institute, please request a refund verbally or in writing within 15 days of the purchase to receive a 100% refund on the cost of the product. The product must be returned to Suncoast Institute within 10 days of notification. Some fees are non-refundable including postage, taxes, shipping and handling.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Educational Events
Suncoast Institute’s commitment to our customers and partners is to provide optimal learning experiences and excellent customer service. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy is offered in those rare situations that a learning session may be cancelled or a participant may not be able to attend as planned. Webinars
Cancellation of a registration by attendee- A full refund will be given for cancellation if received in writing 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar.
Cancellation of webinar due to technical difficulties caused by Suncoast Institute systems – Participants will be notified of the webinar being rescheduled and all previously paid registrants will have the opportunity to attend without additional charges.
Cancellation for insufficient registration - Suncoast Institute reserves the right to cancel the program for insufficient registration. Pre-registered participants will be notified and a full registration refund provided.
Intensives or In-Person Trainings

Cancellation of registration by attendee - Full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing one week prior to the event. After that date a 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
